As early as 2011, Decomo collaborated with internationally renowned automotive pipeline suppliers to develop a domestically produced PA-EVOH composite pipe production line. The Decomo PA-EVOH composite pipe production line solves multiple difficulties in the production of PA-EVOH composite pipes and has the following advantages:
(1) Stable extrusion material: The extruder adopts precise servo drive to precisely control the extrusion amount of each layer of raw material; The professional screw with directional design ensures the stability of melt pressure and flow rate throughout the entire extrusion process.
(2) Precise and stable layering of pipes: We adopt patented multi-layer composite die heads and optimize the design of the forming machine to achieve stable production, precise layering, and improve production efficiency.
(3) Easy disassembly and maintenance of the mold head: We have achieved efficient disassembly and maintenance of the mold head, allowing a single person to quickly disassemble and maintain the mold head and adjust the coaxiality of the core mold, improving production efficiency.
(4) Safe and reliable control system: The control system independently developed by Decomo adopts a touch screen human-machine interface and modular temperature control, which can achieve precise temperature control, comprehensive monitoring and protection functions.
(5) Accurate and stable downstream equipment: The Decomo composite pipe production line is equipped with an ultrasonic wall thickness detection system and a laser caliper, which can accurately detect the wall thickness and outer diameter size of pipes. We are also equipped with a high-speed and stable traction machine and a precise servo flying knife cutting system, making production efficient and precise.
The PA-EVOH composite pipe produced by Decomo has undergone strict automotive pipeline performance testing and basically achieved the goal of "replacing imports". Several well-known domestic automotive pipeline suppliers have adopted our composite pipes and applied them to multiple well-known automotive brands.
