DKM-RT550 Global Debut

Making its global debut as the centerpiece of the DEKUMA booth, the DKM-RT550 rubber injection molding machine was developed specifically for high-voltage composite insulator production.

Designed to meet demanding requirements for injection accuracy and stable holding pressure, the machine uses a patented structural design to maintain stable output throughout injection. This helps address recurring issues such as air bubbles, flash and dimensional variation.

The RT550 also features clamping cylinders mounted below the machine, providing ample working space for maintenance. Routine inspection and component replacement are easier, while the layout reduces the risk of oil leakage associated with conventional designs.

190,000 CC from a Single Injection Unit

Designed for extra-large hollow composite insulators, the DKM-RA2400 rubber injection molding machine provides an industry-leading injection volume of 190,000 cc from a single injection unit. It fills large, complex mold cavities completely in one shot, without segmented injection.

This directly addresses uneven filling and joint-related quality issues associated with multi-shot molding of large parts. By eliminating the need for segmented injection, the RA2400 supports consistent, high-quality volume production of large hollow composite insulators and other large rubber products.

Four 140,000 cc Injection Units

As heavy engineering equipment and infrastructure projects move toward larger scale, higher loads and longer service life, component size and material demand continue to increase.

For volume production of large rubber parts, the DKM-RV10000 rubber injection molding machine combines four injection units, each with a 140,000 cc injection volume, and a clamping force of 10,000 tons.

It meets the batch-production needs of large rubber components used in bridge construction, water infrastructure, rail transit, mining machinery and other heavy-duty applications.

The machine addresses a long-standing industry challenge: maintaining precision as tonnage increases. It retains clamping accuracy and injection consistency under heavy loads, advancing the development of high-end, large-tonnage rubber machinery in China.
