Recently, the Guangdong Provincial Leadership Group for the Management of Cross-Province Migrant Workers held a commendation ceremony in Guangzhou to honor outstanding migrant workers across the province. Honorees were presented with certificates of honor and one-time bonuses.

Among the outstanding migrant workers in Guangdong Province, only eight individuals from Dongguan received this honor, and Chen Shixi from Dekuma is among them!

Chen Shixi, an operator at the Processing Center of Dekuma's Production Support Department, is primarily responsible for developing processing techniques based on blueprints, writing CNC programs using specialized software, and supervising the machining process.

Since 2021, Chen Shixi has been working at Dekuma for over three years. He has been diligent in his duties and was recognized as Dekuma's Annual Outstanding Employee for two consecutive years, earning praise from leaders and colleagues alike.

Outside of work, Chen Shixi is passionate about exploring various manufacturing techniques and has performed remarkably well in numerous vocational skills competitions.
